Easy to input what I'd like. Pretty good picture of what it should look like. Not sure the mounting is appropriate. A little expensive, but we will see if quality makes it worthwhile.

thank you for letting me design my own neon sign. I appreciate it very much

Fast and easy transacton!

Judy was very responsive

Judy at Neon Signs was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She was prompt, helpful and professional throughout the whole process of creating our custom neon sign for our fundraising event. Communication was excellent, and she did a brilliant job bringing our idea to life. We've now received the sign and couldn't be happier with it. It looks fantastic and is exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciated how easy Judy made the whole process and would highly recommend her and Neon Signs. Thank you, Judy!

Great overall experience!

This will be our 5th purchase and every one of them was timely and simple and resulted in a great product. Taina was extremely helpful and very responsive to my inquiries. She made sure the order was correct, quickly placed the order, and kept me informed when it was sent. She then followed up to make sure the product met my expectations. Taina made the entire process enjoyable.

We tweaked the design several times, and Judy and her team were always more than willing to accommodate.

Judy and the customer service team made the transaction very easy. The sign was packed very well but had some shipping damage to the outer box. I contacted Judy and she told to me to open the box to make sure it was ok, and I was relieved to find it survived with no damage. The sign works and looks great. I purchased this for a door prize at a golf outing which we sponsor and the customer who won it, loved it, it was the best prize on the tables! Will buy again, Tony Fenix Parts LLC

Not only is the sign great but Judy helped us out a lot when we needed an emergency replacement of the background because we selected the wrong color. They were able to help us out free of charge and only paid shipping. Thank you Neon Signs and Judy for all you did for us and the fantastic customer service!
