How to Use Neon Signs Dimmer & Remote

Dimmer & Remote Tutorial

Important: The black receiver on the dimmer is not a button. Make sure the dimmer is in clear range of the remote.

You will need:
— 2 x AAA batteries

Use these buttons to turn your sign off.

Use the buttons to turn your sign on.

Brightness buttons dim and brighten the sign. Use LIGHT to reset to 100% brightness or exit a mode.

When Mode is on, use the speed buttons to speed up or slow down the flashing.

Switch neon lights to flashing, flicker and pulsing modes.

The percentage buttons control how bright the sign is.

Tip:This will be useful when taking photos of your sign, especially at night.

Use the Time buttons to set how many minutes the sign stays on for.

How to Use RGB Neon Signs Dimmer & Remote

Use the color wheel with static mode to ser your sign to one specific color.

Sinal Indicator Light RED light means the remote send signal

Use these buttons to increase or decrease the brightness of your cutom neon signs.

Use these buttons to switch from static to party mode. In party mode the sign cycles through 7 separate colors on 8 dynamic modes with a range of flashing, flickering and pulsing options.

Speed Adjust ButtonIn Dynamic mode, increase/decrease the changing speed.

Tip:Static mode is best for photos.Party mode is great for video!

How to Use Neon Signs？

Inserting a new LED neon light is as simple as plugging in a lamp. All you need is an available outlet. We provide the rest.

How To Connect The Controller And Remote

Pick up the controller and connect it to your adapter, then link the controller to your neon sign. Now you can use the remote control to operate your neon sign.

Check The Type of Neon Signs

NO:1

Your neon light size is within the 94-inch limit, and it can be produced as a single piece without the need for division. You have the following installation options:

Your neon sign size exceeds 94 inches, and it needs to be divided into two or more parts. There are the following installation options. We can use two cables to ensure perfect lighting. Additionally, we will provide you with a more powerful controller.

NO:3

Half in static neon signs , half in RGB 7 color or RGB rainbow neon signs, it will definitely be segmented. The setup will be as follows:

If the event site doesn't have oulet? Don't worry, we can provide you with batteries and USB neon signs. However, please note that this option is only applicable for small-sized neon lights. You can mention this during the inquiry, and we will include it in your quote.

Why My Neon Doesn't Light Up?

To trouble shoot why the beautiful neon sign isn't lighting up, you can follow the steps outlined in the guide below or contact us at Info@bps.com.

Step 1

Check if the power supply is normal

Check if the power supply is working. The green light should illuminate(you can try the Power Supply on various wall plugs).

If the power supply is not working: send us pictures of the power supply (cable, load block, and wall plug) through Info@bps.com.

If the power supply is working fine, proceed to step 2.

Step 2

Controller Check-up

If the neon light is lit after removing the controller between the sign and the power supply, it indicates a faulty controller (applies to checking common static neon light products only).

Controller malfunction: send us pictures of the comtroller and cable through Info@bps.com We will send you a brand new one.

If the controller is working, proceed to step 3.

Step 3

Remote Dimmer Check-up

Verify if the remote control is lighting up. There should be a red light at the remote control (also try using different batteries).

Remote control lit: great! Now, let's check if it is synchronized with the dimmer. Proceed to step 4.

Step 4

Is the remote control synchronized with the controller?

If you're having difficulty syncing the remote control with the controller, follow these steps to ensure everything is connected properly

Ensure the controller is connected between the sign and the power supply.

Make sure the remote control has 2 AAA batteries (also try using different batteries).

If the remote control is lit, great! Now, let's check if it is synchronized with the dimmer. If the remote control and dimmer are not synchronized, resolve it in three steps:
