A: Our outdoor product is designed for outdoor use and features an IP67 waterproof rating. All outdoor neon signs come with a 36-month warranty. Please select our exterior options for installations or use outside. Please be aware that the dimmer/remote is not weatherproof, and none of our signs, wiring, or components should be submerged. 

A: No maintenance fees required. No need to worry about neon batteries, replacement bulbs, glass connections, etc. Our affordable custom neon signs are high quality, and more energy efficient than traditional glass neon signs.

A: Once you submit an inquiry or place an order, we'll email you a design proof within 12 hours. This proof will include all the details of your custom neon signs order, the price, and what you'll receive in the package.

A: We are pleased to offer our customers free design services, providing one or more custom neon sign designs for your approval at no extra cost. If you change your mind and wish to modify or cancel your order before the sign goes into production, we will gladly offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom neon sign order is approved and goes into production, we will no longer be able to provide refunds.

A:  Custom neon signs only offer returns and refunds on defective products. NeonSigns.com will make every effort to resolve the problem and may repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Final resolution of defective products, including refund of product cost and/or shipping charges, will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault. 

A: Custom made neon sign products come with a 2-year warranty, covering properly used electronic components.

Please note that indoor neon custom signs are not suitable for outdoor or any potentially wet areas. Improper use will void the warranty. The resolution for malfunctioning signs will depend on the source of the malfunction and will be determined by NeonSigns.com and the buyer.

Warranty Coverage for Hardwired and Installed Signs - We do not cover any costs associated with installing and/or uninstalling signs. In the unlikely event that your custom neon signs experiences an assumed malfunction, we will require you to provide photos and videos for diagnosis and may ask you to return the custom made sign to us for replacement or repair. If you choose to install and/or hardwire the custom light-up signs, NeonSigns.com is not liable for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or reinstalling the sign.

If your custom neon sign is installed by an electrician, we will have sole discretion to determine whether the malfunction falls within our 2-year warranty coverage. If you have any further questions, we are happy to assist you.
