Mount the tubing onto the backboard, solder power and controller connections, then seal for outdoor or damp use if needed.
3. Testing & Inspection: 
Power up the sign to verify brightness, color accuracy, and control functions, then clean and perform a final quality check.
4. Packaging & Shipping: 
Wrap the sign in protective materials, include all accessories, and box it for delivery.

A: Yes, we do accept rush orders. We can generally complete orders within 2 business days. Keep in mind that shipping delays from customs or sanitation checks may occasionally occur and are beyond our reach.

A: Yes, we ship internationally! We primarily use UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver orders to countries and regions across the globe.

A: Our custom LED neon signs start at $42.58 for simple text designs under 24 inches.
Since each sign is handcrafted, the final price depends on the materials used and the complexity of your custom design.
All pricing is fully transparent during the customization process—you'll see the exact cost before confirming your order.

A: These artwork formats are all acceptable: EPS, AI, PDF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIF, however, we prefer to work with vector and AI files.

A: We usually start production soon after design approval, so please contact us right away if you need to make changes.

A: Some oversized neon products are packed and shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number, which you can view in your order details to track each shipment.

A: We do our best to ensure safe arrival, but if your sign is damaged in transit, please take photos showing the damage along with the packaging and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will offer a refund or replacement. Claims need to be submitted promptly.

A: No maintenance costs are required. Don't worry about the neon sign batteries, changing bulbs, glass joining, etc. Our neon signs are of good quality and are more energy efficient than traditional lighting signage.

A: Both! We recommend the plug-in signs ( they come with a free remote and dimmer to add to your cart at checkout.) But we do have battery pack options for small signs you can carry around in carts and booths.
